Day 1: Cochin

Receive the guest from the railway station or the airport . After refreshment start first day in Cochin.

  • Mattanchery palace,
  • Jewish synagogue
  • Marian drive
    Marine walk way and boating are also attractive here.
  • Tripunitura hill palace. (Hill Palace) Olden Palace where Maharaja of Kochi ruled.


After enjoying first day take rest at hotel

Day 2: Cochin -Munnar (135 Km)

The first day in Kerala starts with breakfast. The journey starts from Cochin to Munnar- On the way to Munnar there are two waterfalls :

  • Cheeyapara water falls
  • Valara water falls
  • After enjoying the beautiful land there is time for
    Spices and Ayurvedic plantation visit-( own cost)

    After Spices plantation, time for lunch.
    After having lunch, the way goes through tea plantations.

    As it is first day you will be given time to have supper and take rest.

    Day 3: Munnar Sight seeing

    This day begins with a smile to have breakfast. Then move to:

    • Eravikulam National Park :
    • Begin your day at this national park, home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr. Enjoy a scenic drive and explore the park's trails.
    • Mattupetty Dam and Lake :
    • Head to Mattupetty Dam for boating and enjoy the serene lake surrounded by hills and tea plantations.
    • Echo Point :
    • A short drive from Mattupetty to Echo Point offers stunning views and the chance to experience the natural echo phenomenon
    • Top Station :
    • Enjoy the panoramic views of the Western Ghats from Top Station, the highest point in Munnar (approximately 1-2 hours).
    • Tea Museum :
    • This visiting help you to know entire process of tea preperation .Then have food and stay overnight in Munnar.

    After enjoying the beautiful land there is time for
    Spices and Ayurvedic plantation visit-( own cost)

    After Spices plantation, time for lunch.
    After having lunch, the way goes through tea plantations.

    As it is first day you will be given time to have supper and take rest.

    Day 4: Munnar to Thekkady (125 Km)

    On the third morning of your Munnar Thekkady road trip, check out from your Munnar hotel and head to Thekkady. The drive, through hilly terrain with hairpin curves, takes about three hours.It is the route through thick forest.

    • Boating in Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary
    • Travel by boat on the Periyar Lake to spot the elephants and avifauna for which this reserve is well known.
    • Cultural show -Kathakali, Kalaripayatu
    • Elephant ride
    • Elephant ride experience also provide you another feel to those who are interested. Time spending here in time of Sun rise and Sun set are will be beneficial for you. Back to the hotel to have supper and for an overnight stay.

    Day 5: Thekkady - Alappey (139.2 km)

    The journey starts from Thekkady. Have healthy breakfast and move to Alappuzha which is is famous for its natural beauty as well as boating entertainment.

    • Alappuzha backwaters :
    • It is a life changing experience to everyone.
    • Alappuzha beach :
    • Famous traditional food: - enjoyable and delicious food can be experienced here.
    • Kathakali Traditional Classical Dance .
    • Here is the real experience of classical arts of Kerala lies.
    • International Coir museum:


    • After enjoying these ,there will be time for taking rest.

    Day 6: Alappey- Kovalam. (171.1 km)

    After having breakfast, the journey continue towards Kovalam.

    • Art Gallery visit :
    • The essential paintings of the gallery are of Raja Ravi Varma, Nicolas Roerich and Svetlova. The age-old art which represents the cultural traditions of the indian subcontinent is also displayed. Have lunch and lead to Kovalam Beach.
    • Kovalam Beach :
    • It is the main entertainment in Kovalam.

    Day 7: Kovalam -Trivandrum ( Visiting remaining places)

    You are having time for breakfast.
    from there goes to vist remaining places in Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala which is famous a for its cultural heritage. There ,you can visit these following places:

    • Padmanabha Swamy temple :
    • ThePadmanabhaswamy Temple is a world-renowned Hindu temple in Thiruvananthapuram showcases Dravidian architecture.
    • Poovar :
    • This place is having backwater which is one among the popular attractive place in Kerala.


    Time for tea / coffee
    The time allows to get train or flight to go back after enjoying these cultural heritages and attractive natural beauty of Kerala.
